David Finn is a Partner and is the Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Operating Committee. Prior to joining ABS in June 2003, he was an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP with seven years of experience in the private investment fund industry.

He holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems and Economics from Queens College.  He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
