Benjamin Marshak is a Compliance Associate at ABS. He reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for routine compliance functions, including various monitoring and reporting obligations. Prior to joining ABS in September 2024, he was a consultant in the fixed income securities legal team at Mizuho Securities.

He holds a B.A. from the University at Buffalo and a J.D. from Pace Law.
