Anna E. Turner is our in-house legal counsel. She focuses on investment management, securities, and corporate law. Previously a corporate associate at a global law firm in New York City, she advised on structured finance and complex transactions for institutional lenders, global banks, and private equity firms.

She is admitted to the New York and Connecticut Bar, she holds an LL.M. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and both a J.D. and LL.M. from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland.
