David Sullivan is a Business Development Professional at ABS, based in Boston. Prior to joining ABS in August 2022, he was the Executive Director at the Plymouth County Retirement Association. Before Plymouth County, he worked for various other Massachusetts public funds with over thirty years total experience in the field.
