Christian von Ballmoos is a Partner and Senior Operational Due Diligence analyst at ABS, based in Zurich. He is responsible for operational due diligence with a focus on non-US investments. He joined ABS in May 2009.  Prior to ABS, he co-founded PvB Pernet von Ballmoos Ltd., a regulated mutual fund administration company in Zurich where he was responsible for Portfolio Management, Operations, Finance, and Tax.  Prior to PvB, he was a Director at Credit Suisse responsible for product distribution and product maintenance for externally managed alternative investments.  He began his career in company financing and controlling at F. Hoffmann – La Roche Ltd., in Basel.

He holds a Masters degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
