ABS is currently comprised of ten employees. Six employees are dedicated to investments (research, portfolio management & risk management). One employee is dedicated to client service and business development. Two employees are dedicated to operations and accounting. One employee is dedicated to office management and administration.

ABS Biographies:

| Alain De Coster | is a Portfolio Manager at ABS. He was previously Managing Director and head of Credit Suisse Asset Management's Alternative Investments Group. At CSAM, Mr. De Coster managed a group of eight professionals while growing the department's assets under management (AUM) from US$ 500 Million to US$ 3.5 Billion at the time of his departure. The AUM were allocated among 7 different absolute return strategies, each with its own risk-return profile. While at CSAM, Mr. De Coster built one of the best multi-manager track records in the industry. Mr. De Coster joined CSAM in 1998 as a result of Credit Suisse Group's acquisition of Garantia, the Brazilian investment bank. Mr. De Coster originated the Alternative Asset Management Group at Garantia as a stand-alone and profitable business unit. Garantia and its affiliates formed one of the largest and best performing private investment groups in Brazil. In 1994, he formulated and implemented the investment strategies for the Garantia Fund of Funds, which at the end of 1997 was managing over US$ 900 Million for 340 investors. During these years, he developed relationships with the most successful fund managers in the industry. Before joining Garantia in 1992, he was co-responsible for the treasury activities of Société Générale de Belgique. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. De Coster had several financial responsibilities at Dow Chemical Co., culminating as manager of all foreign exchange operations at the corporate headquarters. From 1984 to 1986, he was a corporate foreign exchange dealer at Continental Illinois. He started his career at Credit Général in Belgium and was responsible for the domestic treasury of the Bank. | Laurence K. Russian, CFA | is a Hedge Fund Analyst at ABS. Prior to ABS, he was a Director in Credit Suisse Asset Management's Alternative Investments Group where he was responsible for the co-management of the group's various hedge fund of funds products as well as a senior analyst participating in the selection of hedge funds investments. Mr. Russian was also actively involved in the oversight of new mandates, in regards to the legal contracts and structuring of new products. Mr. Russian joined CSAM in 1998 as a result of Credit Suisse Group's acquisition of Garantia, the Brazilian investment bank. Mr. Russian joined Garantia, Inc. (New York) in 1994 to help Mr. De Coster set up the Alternative Asset Management business for the firm. In the process, he developed systematic methods to evaluate fund managers in alternative investment strategies. Mr. Russian also oversaw the accounting and operational procedures of the portfolio. He spent one year at the institutional fixed income sales and trading desk at Banco de Investimentos Garantia (São Paulo). Before joining Garantia, Mr. Russian worked for Scudder, Stevens & Clark and First Investors Corporation. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. | Guilherme Ribeiro do Valle, CFA | is a Hedge Fund Analyst at ABS. He is also the Managing Partner responsible for the research process and internal organization. Mr. Valle's employment experience includes Director and senior hedge fund analyst at Credit Suisse Asset Management's Alternative Investments Group. At CSAM he contributed to the group's effort to build a full-fledged alternative asset management business, focusing on the research process and organizational aspects of the group. In addition to his primary duty on the investment side, he was also responsible for the relations with the Portuguese and Spanish-speaking investors in Latin America and Europe. He joined CSAM in 1998 as a result of Credit Suisse Group's acquisition of Garantia, the Brazilian investment bank. Mr. Valle started his financial career in March 1993 at Banco de Investimentos Garantia (São Paulo) in the economic research department. In October 1996, he moved to Garantia's institutional fixed-income sales and trading desk and handled institutional clients' accounts. In July 1997, Mr. Valle joined Garantia, Inc. (New York) as a hedge fund analyst, co-managing the Garantia fund of funds. Mr. Valle has a degree in Business Administration from Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in Brazil. | Mark Murphy, CFA | is responsible for client service and business development at ABS Investment Management. Prior to ABS, he was Managing Director of AIG Financial Products with responsibility for marketing hedge fund products. Before AIG Financial Products, Mr. Murphy was Managing Director for Whitney & Co., based in Stamford, CT, where he marketed Whitney's various private equity funds and hedge funds. Mr. Murphy started his career at Merrill Lynch in 1989 where he worked until 2000. From 1997 until leaving Merrill Lynch, he was Director in Merrill Lynch's Private Equity Group responsible for raising institutional funds for a wide variety of alternative investment funds. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior Management from Brown University and he is a CFA charterholder. mmm@absinv.com

| David J. Finn, CPA | is responsible for accounting and operations at ABS Investment Management.  Prior to ABS, he was an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP with seven years of experience in the private investment fund industry.  He holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems and Economics from Queens College.  He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. djf@absinv.com

| Michael J. Halper | is a Hedge Fund Analyst at ABS. Prior to ABS he was an analyst in the Technology Investment Banking group at Bear Stearns. He specialized in mergers & acquisitions and strategic financing for mid-cap companies. He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan. | Donald Leung, CFA | is a Hedge Fund Analyst at ABS. Prior to ABS, Mr. Leung was an equity research analyst at Citigroup Asset Management for three years. He specialized in Global Telecommunications Services/Equipment companies. He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan and is a CFA charterholder.

| Valentina Nakic | is the office manager. Ms. Nakic joined ABS in November 2002. Prior to ABS, she was the group assistant for the Alternative Investment Management department at Credit Suisse Asset Management in New York. Prior to CSAM, she was with ISL Marketing Group, a sports marketing company. At ISL she was the assistant to senior management at the company's Switzerland headquarters and was later transferred to the Stamford, CT office. vna@absinv.com
